In our facility, home-cooked meals, dough production, bakery production, and sandwich production areas are positioned separately to prevent cross-contamination. All production stages are carried out under the supervision of a food engineer, in compliance with food safety, general hygiene, and personal hygiene rules (such as wearing hairnets, sleeves, masks, and gloves).
